Moving from reactivity to reflectiveness

My life and work have taught me that people heal by moving from a reactive state to a reflective state. The ability to step back from a problem and see deeper connections can be deepened within the therapeutic process. We are all born with the capacity to make sense of our experiences and live in harmony with our environment.
