What are sessions like?

Here are some things that might happen in a session with me: talking, discussing your early life experience, reflecting on the the links between your past and present, trying out new ways of communicating, paying attention (where helpful) to sensations in the body, discussing dreams, engaging in a short guided meditation, laughing at something paradoxical, shedding a tear when moved.
